1. SUBMIT A FORM OR EMAIL YOUR INTEREST
Email to Brittney@amplifygr.org. Include name, contact information, type of business, and space needs.
2. TOUR
Schedule a tour with Amplify GR Kalamazoo Avenue Development Coordinator (Brittney Williams) to discuss availability and build-out options.
Touring units every 1st and 4th Monday at 6 p.m. at 1534 Kalamazoo Avenue or by appointment. Email Brittney@AmplifyGR.org for an appointment.
3. INTENT
Work with Amplify GR to outline your desired vision of the suite through a letter of intent. This letter is non-binding and the next step prior to a signed lease.
Please note that a full application and lease will require the following:
- Business plan
- References
- Business license, if applicable
- Deposit of first month’s rent
